I always have bags under my eyes, and often my eyes are puffy. I also have a problem with one of my eyes where, I think, there’s something going on with a tear duct, and my eye waters a lot. I had an uncomfortable procedure done on it, but it didn’t help. Ok, long lead-in… I really like this product. It feels really good to us, especially around the eyes. I can actually feel it helping with my faulty duct, and when I use it, my eye is less “teary.” I like to refrigerate it. The coolness feels heavenly!
